We stayed 4 nights and although the setting was lovely, we were initially put off by the choice of art and decoration about the place. However, the room, the bed, and especially the food was wonderful and we quickly became comfortable and were reluctant to leave. We spent quite a bit of time exploring by the coastal path. Lovely.

We are locals using the restaurant on two occasions, the food is very good and the staff are great other than the maître de who is overbearing, unfriendly and officious- I believe he is honestly doing what he thinks is the best but a little empowerment to the great staff (who probably won’t stay due to how they are treated)... This is a lovely hotel with quirky decorations, both inside and out! We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time but our room was available and we were able to check-in early.
