We stayed 2 nights (me and the missis) and we thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the rooms, the friendly owners Peter and Lisa, the lovely breakfasts and tips of where to go and what to see, in short they made our first Cornwall experience an excellent one (despite the 6 hour drive down!). Excellent stay at the Roundhouse Mill. A beautiful view from the dining area whilst enjoying a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are really clean and comfortable and we were made to feel most welcome. We were well placed for both the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project. Would recommend.

A beautiful home with outstanding views from the breakfast room. Very friendly and helpful hosts Peter and Lisa. Breakfast is superb and plentiful; the rooms are spotless and cosy. We couldn't fault it and will definitely come again and be happy to recommend to others.

What can I say. Excellent service! Custard tart on arrival, superb service and a great breakfast to send us on our way! Would DEFINATELY recommend. Just watch out for the little signs as you could miss them! We used this as a base for the Eden project, literally 15 minutes drive away.

Stayed one night on 5th December 2012 as we wanted to see Eden project and this B&B is nearby. Warm friendly reception from owner who supplied us with hot tea and custard slices in the beautiful lounge with great views across St Austell bay and surrounding hills. stayed here recently for three nights as it was central to everything (eden project/fowey/castletown) rooms spotless and breakfasts to die for.......the hosts were excellent and very knowledgeable regards the area..........will certainly visit again

stayed there for 4 nights last week, fantastic room, lovely food and really lovely people, the mill is a perfect location to get to the Eden project and funny enough just seems to be 20 munites drive from anywhere else in Cornwall.
