I can only say that the hosts Carol and Doug were more than excellent, friendly and communicative with general chat and good advice on places of interest and local knowlegde. We were welcomed with a cream tea which made us feel at home instantly. The breakfast was fantastic and Doug and Carol went out of their way to make sure... More

We were collected from the railway station at Par and offered tea on arrival, which came with fabulous scones, jam & clotted cream. Doug and Carol made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was top notch and all local produce. Would recommend this B&B which is situated on the outskirts over looking Par. More

A great B&B in every way - friendly owners who greated us with a cream tea when we arrived; lovely room with fresh milk rather than those horrible little cartons; a separate sitting/dinning room for guests to use and the best breakfast. Would defintely recommend. I'd also recommend eating at the Rashleigh Arms in Polkerris. More

The cream tea on arrival set the tone for a very comfortable stay provided by our hosts Doug and Carol. A fantastic nights sleep was followed by a truly magnificent breakfast which set us up for a full day's walking. Located on the outskirts of Par there is a 15 minute walk to the nearest recommended pub, The Welcome Home... More

What more could we ask? We were welcomed with a warm smile, tea, coffee a seat in the sun and homemade scones, raspberry jam with clotted cream, out on the porch overlooking Par in the sunshine. Our two night stay was not long enough, we should have missed out Devon and gone straight to Cornwall. Our room and en-suite was... More

This was a perfect base for us to visit the Eden Project. Doug and Carol were extremely friendly and helpful, and we couldn't have wished for better. And good value too. More

It was fantastic, we had been to the Eden Project and needed somewhere to stay. It was a 10min drive away and in a peaceful spot with beautiful views. The service was amazing and the breakfast fantastic. They made you feel like it was your home too and were really friendly and accommodating to us. I would definitely go back. More

My wife and I moved here after a stay at a local hotel that was disappointing. We were greeted with a very comfortable and clean B&B run by a lovely couple. Home made cream tea greeted us on arrival. Showers were hot, bed was comfortable and breakfast was fantastic - home made honey, fresh fruits, cooked breakfasts. More

Doug and Carol are very welcoming hosts. Everything was very clean and fresh with a lovely en-suite bathroom, fluffy towels, soaps and shampoos. The view across Par bay and the surrounding countryside is wonderful. So peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent including homemade bread and jams, Reynard Rest honey and local produce. Doug provided good local advice. If you want... More

we loved our stay at Reynards Rest - a comfortable room with an excellent separate bathroom. Breakfast was perfect . Our hosts were most helpful. We stayed for two nights without a car when walking along the South West Coast path and managed to walk to the Eden project through pretty Cornish footpaths- the area close to the accommodation is...
