Warm welcome and Cornish Tea, room clean and beautiful quilt and matching curtains. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the quilt (as it was the coldest the south coast has had this year) was amazing. Breakfast was freshly cooked with local produce including their own chickens eggs and homemade marmalade.

Val and Alex were really welcoming. The room was restful and had everything we needed - home from home! The breakfast menu was wide ranging and food was beautifully cooked. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.
