I have just returned from Boscastle....I stayed at the Wellington Hotel for one night with my daughter, and would highly recommend it . The room was extremely comfortable, the food which was served in the long bar was delicious, breakfast was A*, and the staff were the most helpful I have come across. We will most definitely stay there again.

... but sadly, new world price. It is a nice place though. Corridors and proper looking dining rooms and stuff like that. Very victorian! The staff where very friendly and very helpful. We loved the long bar with its real ale and the food was top notch. The room was an odd layout but comfortable, clean and quiet. I liked... More

we booked through red letter day, and specifally asked them ( red letter day) to make sure our room was fit for our daughter and our dog....we did not need a " family" room , just enough space for our travel cot. We were intially shown to a very small, and tired room, which was not large enough for us.... More

We have not stayed here, but have eaten many times in the past. Good food, and a range of beers. Will be there again in a few weeks. (dogs very welcome - a bowl of water provided!)

We booked two superior double rooms, travelling as two brothers and our wives for a weekend break. Both rooms were very comfortable and clean (18 & 21), and the shower in 21 was very powerfull, so no complaints on that, but the loo is in a small alcove. This was not a problem for us, but a large person might... More

As a couple we booked a superior double room and got what appeared to be a small double room with a bathroom and strangely a seperate bunk beds bedroom!? I think we got a spare family room not a superior double probably as we'd taken up the offer price. It certainly was not a superior double room. The staff, reception,... More

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at the Wellington and just had to write a review to say how fantastic this hotel is. We have visited before and always found the rooms, service and food brilliant. The restaurant and some rooms have recently been refurbished which has added to the luxury of this hotel. This time we... More

We spent 1 night at the Wellington Hotel Boscastle to end our Cornish holiday. The Room rate was £110 including breakfast in a superior double room. I thought the price was a bit over the top but supposed this should be expected staying at a 16th Century Coaching Inn and after all the room was SUPERIOR - HOW WRONG CAN... More

Great that you enjoyed your stay and we are keen to encourage more golfing groups. As a keen golfer myself, I appreciate how fantastic and varied the North Cornish courses are. More

Friendly and helpful staff, stayed in a superior room for two nights, the bed was huge. The food was excellent, better than the Napoloen and Cobweb pubs for food and it wasnt expensive, you get what you pay for quality food. Would definitely go back.
