To shut the main hotel bar at 10pm is very odd, to then staff the secondary bar with staff that do not seem to care is beyond belief. Bar prices for Twickenham are far too high. Stayed for one night as a treat for my wife's birthday and upgraded to one of the rooms overlooking the pitch. An excellent choice and much time was spent just looking out of the window!
