Have just returned from this lovely little hotel having been there as guests at a wedding. I will start by saying the staff there couldn't do enough to make our stay as nice as possible, a young team of people who worked together well, they bent over backwards to make sure you had everything that you needed. The hotel itself was... More

We stayed here when we was going to Shepperton Studios. The hotel is just off the motor way and a 5 minute taxi drive to the studios. The rooms were very nice and simple and clean. There is limited free parking onsite. Everything was nice and the service was lovely too.

Stopped here on a Friday and Saturday for my friend's wedding; the hotels in Surbiton were extortionate and Harrisons was a 20 minute drive away at a better price. Double room was small but perfectly formed with big TV and nice decor and view overlooking the garden. Breakfast was class with choice of continental and full English and the bistro... More

We stayed there for one night having had a day out at Hampton Court. We had booked on the internet and good a super price for the executive room which I would recommend doing. Room 110 faced the front of the hotel and although on the road, very little traffic noise at all plus you have Thames views. We had... More

We were there for a family wedding so we got discounted prices - thankfully. Considering we'd booked in October 2011, to turn up and then be told they'd just allocated our room to someone else was not good - especially as it was only 12pm. They allocated us a new room. No lifts for carrying luggage by the way. So... More

We stayed here for one night, midweek, whilst walking part of the Thames Path, the alternative route for which goes right past the door. We found check in efficient and the hotel and room nicely decorated, clean and tidy with a comfortable bed and well appointed, if diminutive, bathroom. I think we were given the same or similar small double... More

We celebrated a 30th birthday party for my daughter and couldn't have been more pleased with the organisation of it. The helpfulness of Abbie and her co-workers was so appreciated. They decorated the room perfectly. The party food was very good and the hotel recommended a DJ who must have been OK because the dance floor was never empty! Excellent... More

This is not a criticism, although the prices of a weekend (as you'd expect) go up to a point where it could become a problem. We stayed in room 118 and it was very clean and well appointed (if basic) BUT very noisy. Not a good night's sleep, but we were probably unlucky. A good choice for a stop-over.

We stayed here for one night just before Christmas. Whilst modern, the room was tiny, with a view of the brick wall 6' opposite, and it was not possible to even open the wardrobe door fully. Bathroom also minute. But by far the worst thing was the appalling service we experienced at breakfast on the Sunday. There was no hot... More

This hotel is great value for money in a great location. The room we had was small but clean and tidy, and the shower in the bathroom was very nice! The service was excellent and the breakfast lovely. There are some cons however. The walls are very thin so I was kept up all night by people having a party... More
