It's worth staying at the Continental Hotel in Hounslow if only for the superb pool and lovely staff. But you should be aware that if you stop outside the hotel to offload or go in an ask staff a question then YOU WILL BE BOOKED BY THE STREET CAMERA SYSTEM and it's as simple as that. We also had a... We needed to make it to our morning flight out of Heathrow Airport in London. Year's ago I had the experience of barely making it from downtown London to an early flight and I didn't want to go through that again. The Continental Hotel in Hounslow is a two minute walk to the tube station and a few stops away... More

This hotel is not terrible, its just that you cannot believe that its listed as 4 star. Its more like a high 2 or low 3. Plus points are the location, the reception staff are friendly enough, and the spa (although we didn't have time to use it). The windows are also very well soundproofed and you cannot hear the... we had a night stay at this hotel on the first day of our arrival at Heathrow. The location was great very close to the tube station and convenient to travel to airport. The staffs at reception never smiled and looked confused. The room was tiny with basic facilities. The bed linen had yellow stains and was crumbled and looked... More

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the Continental Hotel for 2 nights. We were looking for a relaxing weekend enjoying the Spa and chilling out. When we arrived, the reception staff informed us that they were taking and extra £100 from my boyfriends credit card in case of any damages. They informed us that this was hotel policy and a... More

The hotel accommodations were very different from my last visit to London. A very decent size room and all the expected amenities. It is located less than 2 blocks from the train and very convenient to the Heathrow....but my best surprise was the food in the restaurant. I ate here each day and what a treat. Very good food at... Stayed here for a social function in Twickenham last week. Found it to be a mediocre 3 star and certainly not a four star by any stretch of the imagination. The pool and leisure facilities were grubby, tired and a wee bit smelly. Room was reasonable but again quite shabby. Continental breakfast was included in the room price but hotel... More

I was very happy to arrive at The Continental Hotel upon my arrival. We had just spent a grueling 3 hours in line at customs, So, it was fabulous that the hotel is SO well located. The room was pleasant, the beds comfortable, and lots of hot water. I would stay there again if the opportunity presented itself. Note, I... More

I am currently on the final day of a 3 night stay in this '4 star' hotel and i'm sorry to stay I've stayed in better hostels! We paid around £300 for a 3 nights and after looking at the pictures on the website were excited at staying in what looked and sounded like a beautiful hotel. However on entering our... More
