Third vist to Lincoln house in as many ymears and the excellent first impression has been maintained by Sylvia & John and now improved with free Wi Fi a Rare but nice to have in a guest house. If you going to Brid and Lincoln House has a vacancy don't waste your time looking else where.

Very clean and comfortable, with excellent breakfast. Very welcoming. All in all excellent value.

We ( 2 senior couples!) spent one night with Sylvia & John. Very welcoming, very friendly, very comfortable well-appointed rooms, excellent breakfast. Well recommended and would return if looking for accommodation again in the area. Thank you very much. This is a small establishment with 3-4 rooms so advance booking would be essential during the holiday season.

We stayed here only for one night. The owner is very friendly and professional lady. Our bedroom was simply fantastic, special attention for the details which I appreciated very much. Breakfast was enourmous and very very good... yummy!! A short walk distant from the town center and the sea-front in a very peaceful street.
