I have read the other reviews but I'd suggest things have moved on and have been improved because I can't mirror their views. We booked 2 rooms a Double and a Twin for our Son. Stayed here with the girlfriend and very much enjoyed our stay ... It is cheap, nice bedroom with ensuite. With beach front, town centre and pubs/resturants all within a maximum 10-15 minute walk away. So 'yes' I would recommend this guest house.

The only comment i can give regarding the room that we had was that it was gloomy. The carpet was stained and there wasnt any items as listed by the previous persons review. Only 1 review, thats raises doubt! Is this the owner/owners friends etc..... We took the dog and all i can say is that could have possibly been... More

I am somewhat surprised by this review as my standard speil is that we only have two house rules. 1. We are non smoking so we would be grateful if you would please smoke outside. and 2. Please make sure that you secure the front door behind you as you go in and out. And finally that Breakfast is served... More

We had a great stay here. Diane and Roy are lovely, you are made to feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Our room was clean and spacious with an en suite bathroom.
