me and my husband have just spent the weekend at beach view and it was a lovely clean and pleasant guest house. Barbara and her family were very welcoming and the room was very clean and comfortable, good breakfast and in a perfect location overlooking the sea.Will definately be going again.

Had a very enjoyable stay at Beach-View. Close to amenities & across the road from the beach & Spa Theatre. B&B cosy & Babs is a wonderfull host who cannot do enough for her guests, extremley welcoming. Would stay again.

This has to be the cleanest B&B we have ever seen. I am sure the lady must go round with a toothbrush - immaculate!! Really friendly and very helpful. We were made to feel very welcome and it felt as if we had known the lady for years. We will be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.
