We like this chain of hotels. They are all about the same. Plain, cheap, clean. Just what we want. No frills. No restaurant but we buy out anyway.

Booked this as somewhere to crash after a long flight, before work the next day. Price was cheap and staff were very pleasant. The room was a disappointment, however. Awful stale smell, dirty bathroom fittings, really weak toilet flush, no TV remote control, and a flat, uncomfortable bed.

We stayed here for 1 night en route to the north of England . We booked a family room and also paid £20 extra for our dog to stay with us . Our room was clean but smelled really bad of cigarettes !
