Pleasant and helpful reception staff, which is a basic but really important customer service. Bedroom needs a bit of an upgrade, though I understand hotel is undergoing a cyclical refurbishment. Really enjoyed my stay very helpful & pleasant staff loved the room very comfy bed hot shower loads of complementory items especially the bottles of water left every day in the room really enjoyed the breakfast too. I would gladly stay again

Had a short stay here and overall was very pleased. The room was very big and had a very comfortable bed ! Food quality in the restaurant was good and overall really enjoyed the short stay. Only real issue was the musty/damp smell in the hall on the second floor.
