We were welcomed by a friendly receptionist (and also another friendly receptionist at checkout). The hotel was fresh and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom and shower very good too. The minor irritation was my wife's pet hate - there were several long black hairs in the otherwise pristine sheets and also in the bathroom. The major failing...
