Have been going around eight times a year for about six years. Prices easing up quietly of late, but still a nice place to be except only one draught bitter, and not a very good one.
- Gainsborough Hotel Kidderminster

Have been going around eight times a year for about six years. Prices easing up quietly of late, but still a nice place to be except only one draught bitter, and not a very good one.
Room 28 - fairly small room but bed was comfortable. The smallest windows I've ever seen but there was a wall mounted flat screen TV. Big minus point: the shower was so poor, I wouldn't have been able to muster the patience to attempt washing my hair (I have a lot of it) the pressure was so bad that even...

I stayed at the Gainsborough and thought it was value for money. I requested a bedroom upgrade on check in and the receptionist was happy to do so. My bedrrom was clean and tidy. I hadd dinner in the restaurant and the food was very tastey. Full English Breakast all you can eat was amazing. I would reccomed this hotel.

I will try and find some positive points. Honestly, I will, but it may be difficult!
We arrived at about 8pm. The sole receptionist was on the phone but, to be honest, they did place the caller on hold after about 2 minutes to check us in. Had I been the person making the enquiry by phone I would have...
