A great B&B. Good rooms, quiet and breakfast, on the day I was able to get up late enough to catch it, was superb. When I had to get up at the crack of dawn I was supplied the night before with a "breakfast in a bag" which was a real lifesaver.

We are glad the packed breakfast was helpful and that you got to enjoy the real thing on the second morning.

I have stayed here for work since early March and it is a wonderful place. Tracey and Keith are fantastic hosts as well as their children, especially Daisy who always made me smile. Breakfasts are excellent and if you want anything then the hosts will always help out. A big thank you to Tracey, Keith, Christina and Freda (and Daisy...

We chose this hotel because we had a dawn reservation for the Inside the Stones tour of Stonehenge. As we had to be there before dawn, we wanted to be very close. This hotel did not disappoint. It's also very convenient to Salisbury.
Tracey welcomed us and made us feel right at home. We were up and out very early...

Our review is similar to the others as Fairlawn House is a really lovely place to stay. Staff very very friendly, breakfast amazing, great location and for anyone wishing to walk to Stonehenge from the Fairlawn instead of drive, it takes about 40-45 mins each way. We know this as our car broke down whilst visiting and so we had...

We were staying here whilst visiting relatives. This is a beautiful Georgian house and is more akin to a luxury B&B than an hotel. They don't serve evening meals. We had a lovely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. It was very quite despite being on the 'High Street' (not the main road through the town). The breakfast (both...

Fairlawn House is a friendly family run guest house. Situated near the centre of the small Wiltshire town of Amesbury, within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants. The location is ideal for those wishing to explore Stonehenge, Avebury or Salisbury by car.
My wife and I occupied room 5 on a Sunday night in March 2012, at a...

Like: It's more like a big bed and breakfast than a hotel. We were met with a warm welcoming smile, which continued throughout our stay. Our room (12) was warm and faced the high street, which wasn't too loud for us. They offer any combination of the full English breakfast, plus croissants. The owner made recommendations of places to eat,...

Our first B&B experience as a family and what a treat.
This B&B is more than a B&B, the customer service provided from the minute we got there to the minute we left was touching.
Our room, room 12, was perfectly suited to the three of us, a large corner room on the upper floor.
Breakfast was cooked to order...

We stayed at this wonderful bed and breakfast after a last minute change of plan. The owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was warm and inviting. The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked with high quality ingredients. It is definitely the best place to stay in Amesbury and Salisbury, it also had a good walk in...
