Brighouse might not be the first place you think of when planning a trip to the Dales but it isn't a bad idea. 25 miles from Skipton, you can be in GOC (Gods own County) within an hour after breakfast. Spent a week here whilst on a training course. We got a discount for a group booking, but I have stayed in better quality and value hotels in the area. Basic but clean, rooms a little on the small side. Breakfast was tasty, but let down by the service.

Clean and comfy got a bargain from laterooms £45.bed and full english breakfast for two people. central for bars and restaurants .Parking could be a problem as not free . .60p per hour in public car park.
