“Excellent base for doing business or touring Yunnan”

This is a very well-located hotel in the downtown area of Jinghong, less than 30 minutes from the international airport and within walking distance or short taxi ride of the river, restaurants, jade shops, and other parts of the city. “Comfortable hotel although in need of a renovation/face lift”

The hotel is well situated in the downtown area. The night-market is right outside of the hotel (not too noisy). If you want a comfortable 3 star hotel (by international standards) but no frills place to stay for a reasonable price I would recommend this. The Sightseeing Hotel is a high-rise property in the center of the city, within walking distance of most everything (as are most hotels located in the downtown area).
