“Ok hotel.”

Beds were very hard, room was clean. Staff was great. Had an issue with some bugs in our room, but we were relocated promptly, and received free breakfast for our trouble. Good location, close to Hershey Park, easy highway access.

This hotel is in a great location, lobby was very nice, small lovely pool. We had a few issues: our room on first level was very loud. Kids running up and down hall, loud, virtually no soundproofing. Excellent place to stay. Very clean. Desk service very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Rooms exceptionally clean, lot of amenities. Food is delicious. Office, pool, exercise area available. In a quiet area.

Very nice remodeled hotel close to all things Hershey. Beautiful lobby. Hotel management arranged free shuttle service for us when our Conference shuttle failed to show. They even told us they would bring us back to the hotel if we needed them to. Sink was clogged upon arrival but maintenance came next morning and it was taken care of. Nice... More

“Not worth the $$$$$”

The beds are old, hard as a sand bag and will sink in if you stay still too long. The breakfast buffet is NOT FREE, you pay $11 a person! The quality is that of a free continental breakfast. Very disappointed. We are a family of 6.... what a rip off.

Our stay was very comfortable. It was very clean and decorated well. All of our needs were met during our stay. The hotel was very close to all of the things we wanted to do in Hershey. In about 7 minutes we were at any of our destinations. It was wonderfully convenient..... Thank you Hilton!!

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend for Disney on Ice. The hotel is very up to date, has a contemporary look, and everything you could ask for. They told me the bar and restaurant had just opened and I was very pleased. The staff was great and made me feel at home.

Very comfortable experience for reasonable rate. It is close to the Hershey Medical Center and to the Hershey country club. Easy access from Route 322 or Route 422. There is good food available in the hotel. The front desk staff are friendly and attractive.
