Our group of 6 enjoyed a special breakfast at The Heartland Inn and Cafe on Sunday morning. We were not prepared for the size of the cinnamon bun! Our group also liked the sausage biscuit and eggs and the waffles. The sausage gravy was very tasty. The cheerful atmosphere and very efficient service were a delight. We will be returning!
This B&B has a little of everything...lovely period rooms, good farmland views, a boutique with the usual candles and country items, locally produced wines (not so great) and unexpectedly good food. I have eaten at the Cafe many times and I have never been disappointed with service, cleanliness, value or quality of the meals.
I have not stayed in the Inn; but I have toured the rooms that were not being used. They are so beautiful and are filled with Victorian style furniture.
The staff is very accommodating and friendly throughout...
