Love the location and layout of the hotel. Overall I would think that this is a good choice in Erie compared to some others that are older. Most of the employees seemed to understand customer service. Some of them though seemed a little too casual and need some customer service training. I would stay again.

Found the hotel location good for daily shopping outings Erie and Grove City. The hotel and room were clean, new, well-cared for, and the associates were friendly and very helpful. The size of the room was very comfortable, a good size for the price. Good value overall. Happy it was a pet and smoke free hotel.

We did a get away and to tour a few wineries and breweries and found a good rate here. Our king sized room had a jacuzzi tub. Spacious and quiet. Easy to get to and the lobbby and pool were very nice. Friendly associates. Close to shopping and restaurants. Definately would recommend.

Convenient location near the Millcreek Mall but not on the mall property complex. Easy access to I-79. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
