We camped with friends in the Locust section on 2 lakefront sites. These shaded spots were right on the lake so we could pull the boat up on shore, and had incredible views. The campground was clean and the staff seemed nice enough (we didn't interact much). The camping pads are a little small and have steep sides to walk... More

We stayed at the Lake Raystown Resort April 22-24, 2012 with 3 other friends. We rented one of the Bungalows by the beach area of the resort. We had a very nice view of the lake from the back porch. The bungalow was nice with 2 bedrooms, a pull out couch and kitchen. It was modern looking with the feel... More

We are super stoked that we had our wedding at Lake Raystown Resort. This is a great location and is well worth the price. Dan, Jenn, and the rest of the staff are super helpful. Having our ceremony on the terrace was amazing and then only having to walk ten feet to the cocktail hour is perfect. We received a... More

Been to many conferences in many places. I was in their "cheapest, lowest quality room". It was CLEAN, had a great view, quiet, had most of the amenites expected (no iron!), including a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker. What made this facility exceptional was the staff. As a speaker at the conference, anything and everything I needed was there-... More

We recently held our wedding reception at the Conference Center, located at Lake Raystown. The venue was great! The location was a little far from where our wedding ceremony was held (Mount Union), but you can't beat the scenery and venue. There was plenty of parking for guests and the Lodge is very close, so it's easy for guests to... More

Needing a break Raystown Resort was everything I was looking for. The drive to this resort allows you to start undwinding. This resort is very family friendly. With activities-waterpark-boating-enjoying the outdoors at it best. From the time of making my reservation till check out the staff was very helpful and polite. The cafe had a menu that suited every need... More

My wife & I recently took our 3 Granddaughters for a 2 night stay at the Raystown Resort Lodge. We trailered our 24' boat there and found the lake to be a very pleasant place for our girls to enjoy being towed around on a large "Tube". The scenery is excellent; the Lodge rooms were clean, neat, and had every... More

Great location, lake and views, outside facilities are the only reason for a visit. Rooms are very tired, stayed in Room 214 for a wedding. Any room that still has an old tube TV is in serious need of an upgrade. What a shame they don't spend the money to upgrade this resort. A 4 or 5 star full service... More

What a beautiful evening at the Lake Raystown Resort! Dan Genditzki and his staff provided a delicious and elegant dinner-- and the decor and ambience couldn't have been better! The room is very nice, with glass walls that open to an outdoor terrace and beyond that the beautiful lake! The celebration could just flow in and out, and allowed for... More

Stayed here with family of 4 over Labor Day Weekend. I must say that we had a great time, especially renting a boat. My son and daughter (5&7) had never been tubing before and they couldn't get enough. The Lake is huge and plenty of space to explore. The boat rental is expensive but certainly cheaper than owning one. We... More
