Were assigned to different room than our reservation guarantee, but that was probably because we stayed 1 night and the others were in for a few nights.... More

Just back from a 3 night stay at the Station Inn. The experience was everything I had hoped and more! First, the rooms are very clean and laid out so that most beds face the tracks. You can drift off to sleep listening to the trains of Norfolk Southern rumble by. The inn has a very pronounced railroading motif, and... More

My father and I recently took a trip to the Cresson Area for a railroad adventure and decided to stay at the Station Inn. The Inn is absolutely beautiful and the people there are always great! At dinner time we would walk down the road to Vito's and grab an amazing dinner! I am one of those people who love... More

The Station Inn is a great place for railfans! It is a no frills B&B, so if you are looking for pampering, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for great hospitality, a great breakfast, and lots of trains, this is definitely the place to stay. Tom is a wonderful host! He knows alot about the... More

My family originated in a town called South Fork, roughly 15 miles West of The Station Inn....I spent alot of time as a youngster watching trains from my Grandparent's homes from the late 1960's through the 1980's until the houses were sold. I discovered Tom Davis' Station inn in the mid 1990's and immediately took a liking to the place... More

Very nice, clean B&B. All the info you need and desire of the area is available in the 'great room' and from Tom Davis. Can sit and watch amazing trains go by while in your room, at breakfast, from the big porch in a relaxing rocking chair, or even in the middle of the night. Catching Norfolk Southern freight action is... More
