I stay there many weekends and know the staff. Good people, friendly, and very helpful. Always willing to make sure your needs are met. Rooms are nice and clean and well maintained. Close proximity to several malls, restaurants, downtown Pittsburgh, and the stadiums. Great value.

A great hotel. Large rooms. Well appointed kitchenette. Very easy onto I-376 (but kind of tricky coming off the highway). The staff was amazing -- loved Marge and "pop-collar boy" :-). I would highly recommend it as a more affordable option that is still close to downtown Pittsburgh.

The workers were extremely friendly and willing to help. The room was rather large and clean. The morning breakfast bar was wonderfully stocked. Parking was plentiful and near doors. nice place, great friendly staff, difficult to get to (no off ramp from the west to hotel) recently upgraded but, with the cheapest products they could get their hands on.Shower units were installed without grab bars, definatly a safety issue. The staff here made our trip to Pittsburgh a pleasure. We chose Extended Stay at Carnegie because this hotel was renovated recently, but Janet, Monica & Sarah were fantastic.
