We stay at the Wayfarer at least once a year and sometimes twice. The Octagon is incredible for a family gathering. We love it and the owners are the best. The fireplace in the Octagon is incredible and view of the river is awesome.

If you like outdoor activities, the Wayfarer provides a wonderful base. At the resort itself, my husband fished in the McKenzie River, I did some bird watching and my daughter and her husband played tennis.
