Good value, clean. Friendly is very stuff. Good free breakfast. Very recommended. Because other hotel by the beach is very pricy at that time of the year. So I would reccommend this hotel for anyone thats looking for a cheaper price for a hotel.

Stayed here as a last minute trip to the beach. Website said 8 blocks to beach but it would be a long 8 blocks. Bed was like brick. Little kitchenette was nice to have. A little outdated, but clean and comfortable. They had a mattress pad on the bed that kept slipping so my husband woke up several times during the night with the end of the pad in the middle of his back, but this was the only annoyance.

We have stayed here many times - when it was a MicroTel and now as a Guesthouse. Consistently excellent service from all staff members - especially Steve Coletta [Manager]. Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. Best value in Seaside!

We stayed here for our Anniversary in March, my Husband loved it, but I thought it was just ok...room was alittle small but workable,the breakfast was not filling for us, we ended up getting hungry an hr. after eating our waffle. The place was a mess. Our room had gross stains on the wall- wanna take a guess what bodily excretion that was? Let your imagination run wild. We have stayed a few times in this hotel and are still amazed by it. The room had lots of space and great view of field where we saw a deer in the morning. The staff is very friendly. The location is easy to find.
