Hotel was very nice - clean, comfortable and courteous staff... however, breakfast at Denny's was a joke... don't bother - it was meager quantity, cold (not talking about cold cereal) and served long after others ordering off of the regular menu... for the price we will definitely choose a chain hotel that offers breakfast at the hotel. Best, Best Western, I have stayed in during the last ten years. Room was excellent and had everything travler could need in a room. Only problem, was bath gel dispenser was empty, but was able to use regular soap. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpfur during check-in. More

My husband and son stayed at the Best Western PLUS Mill Creek Inn in Salem recently and they were very happy with the hotel accommodations. The room was large, neat, and very clean. Beds were quite comfortable and they enjoyed the breakfast options available at Denny's. Would definitely stay here again. More

It was an excellent stay with a little tricky heater. Other than that, the cookies upon check-in were a very nice touch as well as discounted meals and free breakfast at Denny's.
