I arrived at 7:15 pm July 13, 2011. The sheets had black long hairs, the rug had not been vacuum and the bath was out of "Bird on a Wire" (movie). No wonder there is no refund! Also, don't complain..their Customer Service is "Hi..my name is Peggy"!
