We are members of the Priority Club. Upon checkin at night (10PM), we were told they could not retrieve our number to give us credit for the stay because the computer would take too long. Um - the front desk is open all night - just look it up! We were handed 2 bottles of water for being club members... More

near hwy 5, about 20 min from Ashland for dinner, but other spots are closer, internet very slow, staff nice. no refig in room, unless you pay for upgrade $25. nice decor and bed

Always a nice place to stay in Medford. Have stayed here many times. Very close to Harry and David's Country Store. Lots of restaurant options close - even within walking distance. Fred Meyer shopping close. Will stay again.

My husband was admitted to hospital while we were in Medford and I can't praise the staff of this hotel too highly. They sent faxes off to Australia for me, reduced the room rate and generally went out of their way to help. The room itself was clean, comfortable and quiet. Highly reccommended.
