I have booked a few college teams for this hotel and have received nothing but GREAT reviews from the teams. Rooms are very clean, food is excellent, hotel is very nice...great place to stay! Higly recommend this hotel if staying in Klamath Falls. More

We stayed here for two nights on a road trip from Calif. to a couple of Oregon destinations. We brought our dog, so we were limited in our lodging choices. While this place isn't located in the best part of town, it was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were pretty uncomfortable -- sloped toward... More

As a golf group we stayed here, so fun to find the little extras that made all of us glad we did. Warm soup and cookies in pm, the breakfast was great every morning and with all of us retired, the little extras were appreciated. More

This room was very clean and comfortable. We were glad to be able to park right in front of the room as my husband had just had knee surgery. Pets were accepted without having to spend an extra fortune. We would definately stay here anytime we need a room in Klamath Falls. More

Please be advised this dirty motel has period blood stained sheets. The foul smell from the wetlands next door make this place smell like a dumpster. The tenants who stay here are white trash which is fitting cause this motel must have been made for them. My brother had to place toilet paper on the seat for fear he would... More

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I must disagree with you about the property being a hooker hotel. We are a family oriented property that have many seniors traveling with their pets/sports teams and business execs. The rooms are cleaned and sanitized daily. Your family member must not have thought it was that bad if he... More

We stayed for 2 nights during a trip to Crater Lake. This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is not the best as it is located in an industrial section of the city. While it is on the main street, is at the far end. We were initially given a smoking room, but it reeked of... More

we were up for a wedding and stayed at this BW, Thank goodness we were gone majority of the time. The rooms were old looking, dingy with a not so good smell. We also had to contend with what we thought were millions of mosquitoes but turned out to be MIDGES. The midges were all over the place, open your... More

We arrived here on a Saturday night during record cold (for that day) and just wanted to get in, warm, and dry. Cost was still under $100 for 4 adults with basic "continental" breakfast, and pool (which we didn't use). This is an older style hotel with ample sized rooms where you drive up to your door - my kind... More

This property gives Best Westerns everywhere a bad name. The plants out front were dead or weed infested. I had to ring a bell to get in the lobby. I couldn't lock the window. The tub/shower curtain were slimmy. Graffiti on the walls...get the picture. Plus it was in a bad part of town. No wonder the lobby was locked. More

This hotel was extremely disappointing. We chose it because of the tripadvisor rating and because it accepts pets (we are traveling with our dog). The rooms are like stepping back in time with dated decor that definitely shows its age. Our "non-smoking" room has a very strong scent of old smoke. The bathroom is dated and has what appears to...
