I stay here often on business. The staff here is second to none, and always remember your name and the room you like when you walk in the door! Only down side is the on site lounge! Be careful to ask what you are being charged befor you order!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in June 2011. The rooms are not fancy but they are clean and reasonably priced. I had my service dog with me and there was no problem. They were friendly. Breakfast wasn't great.

This is just your standard motel, with a couple of nice features. First off, the pool area is pretty nice. I would not stay her again. It was our first time here and will be the last. Urine stain on the toilet, use soap underneath an unopen soap and blood stained comforter.

What a great stay I ha while in Klamath Falls. This place has the friendliest staff, they go out of their way to make you feel important. I had no issues with the internet, with my job I need it to work and it did that. Will stay again!!!

My company has me staying here on extended business. The internet is nearly useless. I hope if management reads this they will take the steps to provide customers with a decent internet connection. As someone who lives out of hotels, this is normally a given in this day and age. Otherwise, the hotel is a nice stay. Internet users beware!

Very nice large rooms and furnishings. Large attractive lobby and breakfast area with nice fire place. Great for pets also. Parking seemed to be limited on the restaurant side of the hotel. Only negative was an ugly stain in the carpet in our room (346)

I found the room and the staff to be very accommodating. The continental breakfast, served from 6:00 a.m. till 9:00 a.m. had a variety of breakfast foods to choose from. I would definitely recommend this motel.

Staff is friendly, nice breakfast, very clean room, smells good, the bed is very comfortable, we had refrigerator and microwave, price is good, and the hotel provides housekeeper everyday including sunday ;) The only bad thing is that they only have 3 machines at the fitness center, they can't call it a fitness center lol, if you are looking for...
