We spent one night in Hermiston as an overnight stop to Eastern Washington. The only reason I have put Average here is because the other Best Westerns we stayed in during this road trip had a homier feel and were cheaper. Other than that, no problems with service.

Excellent, great service. Staff really pay attention to the customer to the moment you arrive to the lobby. Wonderfull breakfast also complimentary coupons for drinks. Free internet rooms are confortable, clean. I have business to attend and definetily we are going to stay on a monthly basis.

A group of us stayed here, and everybody was very accomadating. Unfortuantely i forgot to show my tax exempt certificate at check in, yet when we checked out, Becky was very accomadating and helped us out. I have stayed with the folks in Hermiston several times now and each time have had a great experience. Rooms are always clean, staff is freindly and accomodating and the bonus evening meal and cocktails is very welcome after a long day.

Comfortable, quiet hotel with upgraded amenities. Evening reception had plenty of nibbles, as well as two complimentary glasses of beer or wine served until 9:30pm.
