It's Quite but frequented by the Local GP PD . Rooms are not cleaned to there best. The Front Desk clerk is rude. My sister had to head to work and had go bring down her key and get her ten dollar deposit back and they said no .

I think under the new managment this hotel has greatly improved, I enjoyed my stay. Its the cheapest place to go in Grants Pass, and they have a resteraunt, bar, pool, sauna all there. It is also an extremely easy place to find, right off the second exit. Overall Id say, good job!

I stayed here nov. of 2007 and enjoyed my stay ,the rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. when ever I go back to Grants Pass this is the motel I will stay in.

I had 2 families staying there for our family reunion. One family looked at it, and cancelled their reservations it was so horid, and the other family had to leave in the middle of the night, due to the commotion. That is the last thing someone wants when they are on vacation!!!!

The hotel's website is amazingly innacurate. I tend to stay in mom and pop places because you often find undiscovered gems. I should have checked the reviews first.
