Our friends return here year after year. With an expansive view over the sand dunes to the ocean (full moon shining on it right now), what is not to like when the cost is under $75? And two recliners inside with chairs and tables on the balcony when it is warm enough.

The rooms were nothing fancy but well worth the price and the beautiful view! The staff is some of the nicest I have encountered. They offer coupons for a few of the eatery's in town. They have hot tubs with a view of the ocean which is in my opinion one of the best places to watch the sunset!

We really were amazed at the awesome view from our room's picture window...and the spa overlooking the ocean...WOW! Flat screen TV and a large room...excellent value!
We will return to this hotel on our next visit to Gold Beach! Though it was a walk-in room...nice...we were actually on the second story so the view was quite expansive!
