The Oval Door is a gem. The building is beautiful and nicely appointed. The owners were friendly. The room was quiet and relaxing. Homemade cookies are baked each day and there is wine and beer that can be enjoyed on the porch swing. Beds comfy. The price is great and we very much enjoyed our stay there.

My daughter and I had a really nice time. We enjoyed the delicious and ample breakfasts and the rooms were quiet and perfect for us to be very comfortable in. I am a stickler for no scent in my sheets and they passed the test! We will go back again and again!

The purpose of my trip was due to an illness in my family. It was a stressful time, yet each time that I returned to the Inn I had a feeling of serenity. Nicole prepared my breakfast each morning and I felt nurtured by her hospitality. My stay was perfect.
