I like the Phoenix Inn alot! Its proximity to the Univ of Oregon is outstanding!!! SUPER nice staff. Lovely lobby!

I have stayed here three times, and the staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean and the location is basically on the U of O campus. The only average rating is for the inclusive breakfast - typical self serve fare but good nonetheless. You can walk to virtually anywhere on the main campus from this hotel.

Hotel is located close to U of O and easy to get anywhere in Eugene. Rooms are nice and very clean. Breakfast included is better then most. The rooms facing the canal behind the hotel are the best. They are very quite where as the ones in the front can be airtle noisy

Overall I would have to rate this hotel as fair. They had a good breakfast that included cereals, bagels, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc., quite a few options. Stayed one night with our family of four on our road-trip to San Fran. Despite arriving fairly late, hubby and kids enjoyed the pool that was open 'til eleven.
