Great location downtown, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. But too expensive and in need of an update. Noisy because of trains nearby.

Hotel staff were very friendly but even though I was on a high floor, the noise from the constant running of freight trains through the night was a major issue for me. Considering the location, the windows need to be more soundproof.

The good...suite was clean and comfortable. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect - a bit noisy outside at night (no fault of the hotel - earplugs helped). Nice and confortable rooms, we had a group of 12 people and we booked 6 rooms. It was clean and for the price we got from priceline it was worth every penny. Hotel staff was helping. Probably a good internet speed would have helped but when on Vacation its good to be away from Internet :)
