The stay overall was very good. Our room was very spacious, updated, and clean. The staff was very helpful when we had a little mishap. We would definitely would stay there again. However the breakfast buffet was not all that great.
The exterior of this hotel is nothing but concrete and has exterior entrances, which as a female traveler is. It my favorite. But the room was clean the bathroom has been recently remodeled and tiled and has marble counters. The desk is fine and the bed was comfy. There was a microwave and refrigerator and coffee pot. I didn't use...

I was coming to the Coos Bay area on business and booked a room here. The room were large and the bed comfortable. I was pleasantly suprised to find that my foom had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The rooms could use a little updating as but overal a great hotel for the price. I will definitly be staying...

The rooms at this Red Lion are large and there are two separate bathroom sinks for convenience. We had a double queen bed room and it was huge. The breakfast was included in our reasonable rate.
We were driving through to CA and needed a room for the night. Good value and great staff. Clean and everything worked. I would stay again.
While the Red Lion Hotel in Coos Bay isn't the nicest hotel on the coast, it is one of the most comfortable in Coos Bay.
That said, while the rooms and the hotel was in need of a major facelift when we were there last, the hotel was undergoing some improvements. So things should be looking up in the months...

I'm amazed that the Red Lion chain allows this hotel to carry its name. It is a coverted Motel, not a hotel, that needs to be understood. The room we stand in looked like something from the 70s. I was waiting for Jim Rockford to come in with his 70s leisure suit.
I selected this stopover while visiting 'Coo's Bay' OR. recently after sourcing local Inns Online. The RL chain is a popular one, and I just (assumed) the reputation would hold up @ this property. 'Coo's Bay' is a historic old shipping-Port and for all the towns charm, it is scarce on decent Hotels. Don't be fooled by the Hotel chain's...

This has to be the worst Red Lion I have ever stayed in. The rooms are dirty and old. Everything is extremely loud and out of date. We were set back away from the road yet all you can hear is traffic all night long. The restaurant is terrible, we went there for dinner the night we arrived and not...
