I booked 2 night at the Horseshoe Inn and pleasently surprised. Upon Arrival I noticed how cute the exterior was done up and decorated. Old west style I guess describes it best. Check in was very fast and friendly and the inside of the office was just as nicely decorated. We went to the room to drop off our luggage... More

Husband and I stayed here, during the Migratory Bird Festival. They were friendly and accommodating on the phone when I made my reservation. Check in was smooth and pleasant. It is a roadside motel type establishment with few amenities. Coffee in the small lobby, and an ice maker. Large collection of rocks and geodes etc. Our room was fairly spacious... More

Found the place via TripAdvisor and it was as good as we expected from the reviews. Warm welcome. Room was clean, bed very comfy if a bit squeaky, had fridge, microwave, large TV and good free wifi was only missing an in room coffee maker otherwise perfect. Patio doors lead to inside the horseshoe where you are shielded from the... More

Stayed at this hotel on our cross country travel. Outside looks like an older motel but on closer inspection you can see it has been upgraded and maintained. New metal roof in place, outside neatly painted. Our room had a tile entry and tiled bathroom. New vanity had recently been installed. Beds are comfortable and linens are thick. Sliding glass... This has been our go-to place (or stay-at place?) in Burns for the last few years. It’s a no frills motel on the outskirts of the town. Our non-smoking (all rooms are non-smoking now, I heard) king room had a bed, a table, a recliner, a chair, a TV, a microwave and mini-fridge. Two mini bar soaps and one mini... More

I stayed here on my way to Bandon, Oregon to see the ocean for the first time. The owner was very nice. She quickly cleaned my room, because I had arrived too early. The rate was wonderful. It had a fridge and microwave and they allowed pets. Which is very important to me. I travel everywhere with my little dog.... More

This is by far the best hotel in Burns. I have stayed in just about all of them. If you like to drive right up to your door, have your own sliding glass door that opens into a little patio, and a peaceful understurb sleep, then this is the place for you. They are just out of town while approaching... More

Of the many places we've stayed in our Oregon travels, this is one of the top 2. There is not a lot to write about, amenities-wise, but you won't have a better stay anywhere. It's out of town about a mile, and right in the middle of that high desert Eastern Oregon wildlife extravaganza that seems to be everywhere in... More

If you are spending the night in Burns, Oregon, look no further. We shall be a return customer and that speaks for itself. The rooms are clean. The sliding glass door opens up to the "inside" of the horseshoe which provides an excellent view of the night sky. Quail run about just outside the sliding glass door and deer were... More

My spouse and I stayed at the Horseshoe Inn in Burns OR for one night in late September 2012. The independently owned and operated property is located on US 20 and offers rooms that are relatively large, quiet, clean, and orderly. Normally, noise from truck traffic on the arterial through Burns might be a problem, but during our stay, road... More
