For what is essentially a regular room, this is wonderfully roomy, with a nice leather (fake?) couch in the sitting area and a REAL L-Shaped desk. The desk help is very attentive to my every need. Location is walking distance from all that downtown Bend has to offer.

We stayed here for a quick ski trip - Mt. Bachelor is an easy 30 min drive. Location is perfect - ample free parking and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Stayed for one night. Hotel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Bend. Hotel room was clean and comfortable but bathroom a little outdated. Free breakfast was included in the price and the eggs/bacon were tasty. Overall a nice place.

Stayed over the Holiday week. Spacious rooms, good breakfast (part of the room rate) and accommodating staff. The hotel offers suites, as well as standard queen rooms. A little mix-up at check-in was corrected..I understand the hotel is planning some renovations. Overall a good value.
