I stayed for 8 nights here in Apr., 2012. The interior is modest, but good: carpet on the floor, fairly good bed, clean toilet and kitchen corner. The only thing I missed was a wine glass :-), other than that - good enough, especially for this price. No problems with sounds from other rooms, like others complained here (maybe I... More

The inside needs a major update. It is dark looking. The rooms are small but that is expected. The walls are thin. The bed is so hard, I considered sleeping on the floor for comfort. The tv is a small 18" with limited channels to about 15 with most of them sports. The remote doesn't work. The internet is slow... More

After having stayed here some years ago, we booked a room again this vacation. Wendy, the woman at the front desk, was very polite and caring. She gave us a queen room on ground floor that was slightly bigger than the other ones. The rooms were clean and the kitchenette was well-equipped and all the electrical devices (stovetop, microwave, fridge)... More

When I moved in here with my wife I asked for a change of room, as the room was smelling bad, the receptionist (Wendy) bluntly said NO. She said I am fortunate to have room. As we were new in town and needed a place to stay, we did'nt bother to inform anyone, thinking it must be a bad day... More

This is my personal opinion based on my subjective experience. My young child and I stayed here for almost 5 months in a king suite. Pros: Excellent location (walking distance to Safeway, Trader Joe's, Peet's Coffee, Whole Foods, etc.), friendly/helpful staff, well-stocked kitchenette was priceless, good laundry facilities. Cons: Management (see below), walls a little-bit thin, parking sometimes an issue,... More

I have been here for over 4 months, in that time they have: raised my rates without notifying me three times, failed to clean the room adequately several times, locked me out of my room, failed to bill me in a timely manner & forced my to move out of my room into another room on the smoking section (I... I was moved to this hotel from one of the Mariott hotels in the area, both funded by my work place of course. It was a huge disappointment. My collegue was depressed for days until we finally managed to convince our bosses to quickly move us to another hotel. The room is very dark, there is no closet at all,... More

The hotel room itself was fine, clean, and pretty no-frills. Big downside for us was how easily we could hear someone walking in their room above ours. Pretty clear to hear. I've never had that experience before in a hotel. Odd. The way the sound traveled so easily, I felt like I was in a bad apartment! The people above... More

Always a little nervous with what you might get for $50 a night but I have no complaints with our stay. The hotel was in a great location - just off the hwy, close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Was a 10 minute drive into Portland and a little over an hour to the coast. The beds were full... UPDATE to previous review: We found ourselves needing to use a hotel in this area a dozen times over the past few months. Every single time we bid on Priceline ($30 / night + tax, 2-stars in the Beaverton area) we were put in this hotel regardless of how many nights or which nights of the week. This is a... More
