My husband & I made reservations through a "package deal" over the internet with "free gifts" attached. The evening desk clerk even verified that the gifts would be received upon check-in. When arriving, the day front desk clerk acted as though nothing was extra. After a small conversation of poor advertisement of their hotel online, she reluctantly agreed to give... More

I recently visited at this hotel for a nice Mother's day in your restaurant for a get together with a few of my family members. It was not enjoyable at all because of one of your staff, I believe her name is Nannette. She was extremely rude and did nothing but holler and yell to her own staff members about... More

The photos on line were very misleading. Our room was old, smelled of mildew, the furniture was badly scratched & scarred & the bathtub was cracked & peeling. The mattress was very hard & uncomfortable & housekeeping is very loud in the hallway in the morning making it very hard to sleep. The Brandywine room has decent food but very... More

I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference I was attending. While I've been to the hotel before for the conferences this is the first time I've actually stayed there. The hotel is extremely outdated. The sauna and hot tub were not in service during out stay. The beds in the double rooms are very very cheap. I literally... More

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything was so old and it smelled really bad too!! We booked two nights but the beds were so hard we only stayed one night. We had to walk miles to find our room and we had to carry all are bags up the stairs cause there are... More

Affordable rooms. Bar was too smoky and staff overworked, so service left something to be desired. Evening front desk workers were also short staffed and seemed unprofessional. I like to feel good when spending my money at a hotel, and I honestly did not get the warm fuzzies from evening check in staff. Day staff seemed friendly and helpful. Good... More

I visited the front desk a week ago to book reservations for a suite as a surprise destination for Valentine's evening for my fiancee. The front lobby was reasonably up to date decor and the staff was pleasent and helpful. Before I booked the room for one night ($210 before taxes and $240 after taxes), I requested a walk-through to... More

An older property that's under renovation. I don't think paint and wallpaper will ever bring it up to a decent standard. Staff is indifferent, and check girl seemed to hate her job. Would not recommend staying here at any price.
