I stayed at this hotel less than 15 hrs. They have BEDBUGS!!! I noticed I started to get bites in the middle of the night. At the break of dawn I left! I go to the lobby to checkout, I had put down a $50 deposit for room cause I paid cash for the hotel. The female clerk then had... More

Our home flooded due to a busted dishwasher hose and Quality Inn Southwest was the nearest hotel that would allow us to bring our two big dogs. The room was upstairs, even though I would have preferred downstairs because one of my dogs just had his knee replaced in May. They never bothered to ask me if I had a... More

We stayed at QI Southwest in early June when a relative was getting married. The location was not too far off the interstate which made for an easier time traveling back and forth. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was as expected though the dining area was extremely small and could not accomodate all of the guests desiring... More

The staff at the hotel are very nice. When I walk in the lobby they know my name and try to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The pool is really nice after sweltering in 110 degree heat all day . The laundry room is by the pool so you can do the clothes while frolicking in the water.... More

This was my second stay here. Not an awful place but you can do MUCH better in OKC. The rooms are not too bad, but the place just looks poor from the outside. The rooms are accessed individually - not from an interior hallway like modern hotels. The steps up to the second level and the area along the access... More

Room was basic. Laundry facilities 'tired'. Bar Staff (Bev and Desseray) made us very welcome and the band BROTHER OUTLAW were worth the room price alone. Would certainly return.

I stayed there with a group (multiple rooms) and it was awful. First, there were various drunk people around causing trouble, and the security guard did not address the problem initially because he wasn't "checked in." Then, my room smelled like pet urine. And there was a dead cockroach near the door. The folks in another room found alcohol in... More

Since this review Quality Inn SWl has changed ownership and are spending 2 million dollars on upgrades such as: new furniture, drapes, lighting, pictures, mattresses, carpet, retiling bathrooms, retexturing walls, and granite countertops. In the 13 years of working for Quality Inn we have never had roaches. We may encounter crickets or water bugs due to being an exterior property... More
