We stayed 2 nights at Comfort Inn Muskogee, OK and were pleased with the motel. They had coffee available at all hours and the room was clean and furnished nicely. The breakfast was very good with sausage & eggs and waffles available. The clerk who checked us in was very friendly.

The customer service at this hotel is exceptional! I felt like I was someone they saw everyday! The breakfast was terrific. They had so many different items it would be impossible not to be satisfied. Cleanliness is everything to me. I was amazed at how hard their maids must work. Lady at front desk advised they have no elevators and the rate was $100 per night. My husband got upset and said okay, we're going across the street to the Hampton Inn! We did and we paid more BUT they did have an elevator. After reading the reviews, I'm glad we didn't stay here after all.

This motel is average in most respects. The staff was friendly and the motel is located in a good spot in Muskogee. It was a reasonable value for $95. However we could have used a second blanket which they could have placed in the chest of drawers. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly either. Verage average.

Clean Rooms, Great Service, Warm Cookies!! I travel to Muskogee weekly for business and I always stay here.

This is a declining property. It was filthy for what I paid for. The carpet needs to be replaced throughout the facility, including rooms. The toilet had rings in it. This was a $30 per night value for almost $100. Awful!

I recently stayed at the comfort in, and I can say that the personnamed Crystal who helped me check in that evening provided service above and beyond what was expected. I truly appreciate the hospitlity that she provided. I would like to see that type of service at other establishment that I visit.
