Very nice hotel; although not close to family restaurants and staff were unfamiliar with restaurants available other than McDonalds which is between Miami and Commerce a ways away. Business has taken me here several times recently. I have tried multiple hotels and this is the first one I chose for a return trip and will definitely be my first choice for future trips. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, internet access has been easy and reliable, breakfast is the best in the area. More

Stay here on the way to Branson so we could visit the casino"s in the area. Very friendly check-in. I asked to be moved to the back of the motel and they were very nice about that request. The rooms were very clean and nice with a good TV. The breakfast was very good. More

We always stay here on our trips back east...the staff is always helpful....you do have to drive into town, however, if you want a place to eat.....only about 10 minutes. If you do not want to, the hotel does have snacks for sale, even microwaveable meals! More

The hotel is OK, but the maintenance and cleanliness are inadequate. My room was filthy and the ventilation didn't work correctly; a courteous staff member found me a different room. When I wrote the management about the problems, they didn't even bother to respond. The Hampton is a better bet. More

This place is horrible. To many complaints to list. Complained to management and was ignored for the remainder of my trip. 3 days there and I couldn't even get clean towels. Checked out early and went to the Microtel. Called headquarters to complain, I have NEVER heard anything back from them. Henry Burrows is the worst manager ever!!! More
