We stayed here only one night, as we were just traveling through. But we loved the area, and found the small cabin comfortable for us. We had a microwave, small fridge, and a coffee maker, and there was a charcoal grill outside which we didn't use. We paid $75 plus tax and used the internet that evening before bed since... More

We booked late a trip to Oklahoma/Arkansas... Couldn't find anything... Big Cedar had a Room and we snagged it up... Was hoping for acceptable, but not much more... I was shocked... The Cabins were Extremely clean... well stocked, coffee, towels (not much more, but that was plenty)... Be warned if you are on a bike... It's a gravel driveway off... More

We spent two nights in cabin #2. It has a kitchen, and everything you'd need to just stay there indefinitely...which is what we wanted to do. Slept great! Not like a hotel room...more like home. And it's just a few miles away from scenic Hwy. 1 - "the Talimena Scenic Byway".... beautiful! Definitely going back!

My Wife and I just bought our 1st Toy Hauler Travel Trailer and have been wanting to visit this part of Oklahoma for many years. I looked on-line and found this place and called to reserve a spot. The owner took my info and never asked for a dime up front. We were going to arive late in the evening... More

Over Easter weekend, my significant other and I stayed in the "small" cabin, which has a queen bed, a bunk bed (great for kids, but that doesn't apply to us), a restroom with shower only, a sink, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, TV, and breakfast table/stools. Although the cabin is small, it's laid out well, and very comfy. The TV... More

Visit the Big Cedar website and look at these quaint cabins. Our hosts Darrell and Dianna were welcoming and helpful. The cabin was well appointed including rocking chairs on the verandah. Big Cedar is in the middle of a beautiful area, with rivers, valleys and scenic drives through mountain ranges. We enjoyed the town of Meena and the drive from... More
