Booked online ad said pets welcome booked and at check in found $15.00 pet fee and could not get refund. Wife left coat in closet and later that evening when we called were told to call back when Manager was there. Associates would not check room for us. Freight train accross highway from hotel. Paid for 2 queen NS rooms in advance, none available at time of check-in. Could not find reservation initially despite my documents. Other reviews failed to mention hourly freight trains on tracks across the street. Bed and linens old, pillows a joke. Buffet with flies totally unappetizing, ate elsewhere. Would not recommend or return.

“Great customer service!”

I hurt my back and was in real pain, they upgraded me 2 a hit tub suite which really helped. The staff was friendly, asked how I was next day, good continental breakfast w/waffle maker and it is quiet being on outskirts b4 entering town, right on route 66.
