Had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door until we left the room at 10am. Got back at 9pm and the room was not cleaned. All front desk did was send up towels and toiletries. Not very happy with the service!!!

Love this place. My pets are welcome and they are comfortable here. I know it's clean because the dogs would alert me to things they smell and they were satisfied! And the bed!!!! It was SO comfortable, best sleep I've had in days. I even slept thru the 4.6 earthquake we had last nite!

Although I prepaid through Hotwire, LaQuinta also billed the credit card that I produced upon checking in. I tried to resolve the overcharge through the Bartlesville LaQuinta, but after several tries, had to dispute the overcharges with my credit card. NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!

This hotel is what you would expect from an older La Quinta. Our room smelled musty, but could not complain about the less than 70.00 room rate.
