The room quality was overshadowed by being awoken at 3 am by the garbage truck dumping the dumpster. Wouldn't you think a hotel where people are paying to sleep would prevent this from occuring. The room was fine and the security was good.

This property shows someone at Hilton still knows what they're doing. The ambiance is amazing. The beds are wonderfully inviting, The breakfast is delightful and in a superb seating are. It was homey, yet tasteful and luxurious. I don't think I could say enough good things about this place. We had the best in every category here. Simply amazing.

Last minute business trip, got a room for the first two nights - had to go to another hotel for one night...thirty minutes away. Returned, found out there was no laundry....had to go to laundromat 3 miles away

The hotel was OK for myself, but the rooms were in need up updating, such as the carpet which was old and hard. Do not recommend a room by the exits, as you can hear everyone coming and going. My stay at the Hampton was made excellent by an early check-in and fantastic breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. There are restaurants within walking distance which also added to the experience of this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

This Hampton Inn is an excellent choice when visiting the College of Wooster or exploring Amish countryside, particularly charming Holmes County. Very nice accommodations, courteous helpful staff, an easy drive to Amish attractions, antiques, and history. Close to stores, restaurants, and services of all kinds. Easy access from Akron-Canton airport, Cleveland, Columbus, Toledo, Erie (Pa) and Pittsburgh driving. We were very satisfied; an enjoyable long weekend.

This hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Located within walking distance of many restaraunts and shopping. Hampton Inn's are very consistent with service offerings and this one is no exception. This hotel is excellent for business travel as well as families.

Stayed multiple times at this property on Business and with my family. Very nice and clean. Beds are awesome. The best thing about this hotel is the absolutely fantastic staff. They always make the guests feel welcome. You can feel the hospitality from the Managers to the Front desk staff to the Breakfast hosts. Definitely recommend it!! -- MP
