Our stay was great. There was confusion with our room due to lack of communication. ... The house keepers complained about cleaning the room for our switch... Been staying here for several years for 2 weeks in the summer. Clean large rooms, easy access to shopping, restaurants and downtown Cleveland. Great value for the business traveler. Dan and his staff always friendly and very helpful. Close-in parking and quiet surroundings.

I was very pleased with our stay the room was larger than I expected with a full kitchen and a flat screen t.v. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I found the breakfast selections lacking but the stay was excellent all the same
